Prefab timber frame kit homes are constructed in a factory and then transported in pre-built sections to your home building site, simplifying the building process of your new home.

Our prefab kit homes include pre-cut floor trusses, panelized walls (pre-built and ready to stand up), engineered roof trusses, and insulation. On client’s request, we can supply external walls fully finished with fibre cement board, fiber cement siding with wood texture, or natural wood cladding. The kit comes with a full set of installation hardware (anchor bolts, stud bolts, special screws etc). Delivery and VAT is included in the prefab home price.

It takes 3-4 men, a crane with operator, and about one working week to assemble an average 150 sq/m prefab home. We will provide an assembly instruction manual with detailed technical description. Please note, it is highly important that the assembling of the prefab home kit is performed by professional builders. The list of required tools will be provided.
