Assembly

Prefabricated homes require 60% less framing time than an on-site built home. They are constructed in a factory and then transported in pre-built sections to your home building site, simplifying the installation and assembly of your new home.

To assemble your prefab kit home you would need a crane, hand tools, and 4 builders or trained workers. The installation and assembly time for an average size house kit is 5-7 days, but could vary depending on the complexity of the project, weather conditions, qualification of the crane operator, etc.

Hand tools required: impact wrench, hammer drill, cordless screwdriver, hammer, crowbar, level, step ladder, etc. The full list of tools would be provided at the second stage of the Technical Documentation Package development.

Normally, we do not recommend specific contractors to assemble our home kits. It is the buyer’s responsibility to find a local contractor or build a kit package yourself. However, if you are struggling to find a contractor, we can help you organize the assembly.

Please note that during the assembly process it is necessary to ensure that all technical safety conditions are observed in accordance with building regulations.
